Channel Balance Shoe

Question

Hi there! Just got my S380-34 Channel Balances and upon replacing one, I found the pictured part (a shoe?) is cracked and will not hold the top of the CB. I searched your site and did not find these, so do you carry these parts? It is 1.5" overall length 1 and 3/32" wide exactly. I am hopeful you have this part, can share the part number with me so that I can order these right away.

Hi Mark,

We have our 18-171 revised top sash guide. People have used this by cutting down the top extension. Being that it goes under the top sash rail you won't see the cut when the sash is installed.
