I don't see any apparent difference between the two shoes in your photo. You will need to go into more detail as to why ours won't fit. Was it a matter of size? If so, what is the precise size difference?

A home owner from Tucson Arizona says:
Look at the channel- wider. yours won't slip on the frame.

Thanks for clarifying. As mentioned in my last post, if the difference is in size then you need to give me the precise measurement of your part. That way we can track down the size you need to repair your balance. Knowing that it's just wider isn't good enough, unfortunately. We need to know its exact size.

Thank you! These are a huge help. After doing a bit of digging, I've learned that you have an older type of shoe that doesn't seem to be something we can provide. The only solution we can offer is replacing the entire channel balance. The method of installing the shoe into the balance may be different, but the channel balance as a whole should still work in more or less the same way.
