I need either #351 with the 1" at bottom of shoe or #390 with 1 1/8" at bottom. I don

I'm not sure what your question is. Are you asking which one it is that you have? If so, the only way to be sure is to carefully measure your own balance s hoe.

I did and mine measures 1 1/16. That is between the two different one. I need to know if I need the 1" shoe or the 1 1/8" shoe.

It sounds like you had the larger one that just wore down a little with age. That's pretty common.
