Hello, Are you able to tell from the attached photo if this replacement would be Series 385? The bottom shoe is definitely more than 1". Thank you!

The sash is 15.5 lbs and I have two of these windows, so I would like to order a total of 4 channel balances (length: 22") please. Stamp on current balance is "2140F". Thank you!

Thanks for all the info! If the shoe is definitely more than 1" or 1-1/8", then it's probably the shoe shown below, which is the Series 385 shoe. If the channel is 22", that corresponds to the S385-22 balance. Your stamp "21 4" is often related to the "2140" weight option, and sure enough, our 2140 option holds sashes 15 to 23 pounds in weight, so that would be right for a 15.5 lb sash. Choose 2140 when you make your purchase.
