Channel Balance Size

Question

Hi,

I'm trying to find replacement channel balance for my windows. I took out the channel balance (pictures attached). The stamps on the two are not clear so looking for some help on what kind of channel balance I need:

One says: 32 9 40 28" LT DT CALDWELL
The other says: 32 5 JQ CALDWELL

When I measure, the length is 33" (not including the end plastic pieces). I believe the series is 33" 385 but I have no clue what stamp option/weight I need.

Thanks for posting. As long as the 19-005 and 15-004 attachments match yours, our S385-33 is a good place to start. As for the stamp option, I recommend weighing your sash on a scale and referring ot the chart on the S385-33 store page to confirm the best choice.
