Channel Balance Spring Stop on Sash

Photo is of the stop on the top of the window sash for the channel balance spring assembly. It is an aluminum frame window. I am desperate to replace it and would like to order four if you stock them. If you do not stock these do you know who might. I do not know the name of the window manufacturer.
