Channel Balance Stamp Weight

Question

Do I need to purchase the model exactly as shown in the website table per weight?
It is not available at this time that I needed. Can I buy one level heavier one?
Mine is 17 lbs but not available at this time.

Unfortunately you always want to choose the stamp option that fits the weight range your window sash's weight falls into. So for a 26" channel balance, a stamp option of 2530 would be best for a 17 lb sash. Unfortunately, our supply chains have been disrupted a bit this summer due to the quarantine.
