Channel Balance Stop Screw

I have looked through 400 pictures on your web site for this screw that has a hex head that is 5/8

I believe you are showing the take out screw, which was used on older Capitol windows. They used a balance like the S370-18. You could also have the rubber take out stop, like our 59-001, which covers up that screw. I suggest using a sheet metal screw similar to the 33-022. This screw is only needed when removing the balance from the window track.
