Thanks for reaching out to us, Tim. I don't believe your exact top sash guide is made anymore, unfortunately. I've known some customers who were able to adapt our 18-009 to work as a substitute, but it required trimming the top edges off. Look this product over and see what you think.

It looks like you're talking about the lock latch in that first photo, but I'm afraid we don't have this exact style. These are getting harder and harder to come by and I don't think your particular version is made anymore.
As for the weatherstripping, I'll need to see a sample of the original in order to make a recommendation. The video below will clarify exactly what information we need to find a match.
