Hello, thanks for posting! It looks like you could have either our S351-30 or S390-30 with the 2920 stamp option. The difference between the Series 351 and Series 390 lies in the depth of the shoe. Take a look at the picture below for more detail. Once you have determined this dimension you should be able to select the appropriate balance.

Looks like I need the S351. I'm also looking for the window guide that stops the channel balance. What information you need to identify the part#?

Great! As for your sash guide, could you please show me a picture of the part? I'd also like to have some measurements, particularly its width. Thanks!

Looks like the width of the guide is 5/8. This is the piece that slides inside the window
