A contractor from Louisiana says:
need 12 for 2730 and 6 for 2740. Both measure 28" without top & bottom pieces. Also need 18 Top & bottom sash guides in bronze.

Thanks for writing in. This looks like a S395-28. You will need stamp options of 2730 and 2740 for each respective set of balances you need.

I'm afraid I can't determine what top sash guide you need from these photos. Could you remove your old top sash guide from the window and show us 'mugshot pictures' of the front and side? That will help us narrow down what you need. See the video below for assistance.

If I may interject, based on your windows, I suspect your top sash guide might be our 18-174. Take a look and see if it matches your old hardware.

A contractor from Louisiana says:

Do you stock a bottom guide. You can barley see it in this photo.

I think what I'm looking for is the part that provides the spacing between the sash and the frame. Should be one at the top and bottom of sash. Is there a part that should be ordered with the 15-001 bottom sash guide. The top sash guide may provide the spacing at top.

Thank You

Ah, I see. Please look at our 67-029 sash guide. I think this could be a good match.
