Channel Balance for 2002 KINCO non tilt windows

A home owner from Naples, Florida says:
I need to replace the 13" Channel Balances and the Top Sash Guides on my 2002 KINCO non tilt window. The balances are stamped 12 2 BSI. The top and shoe pieces are attached. I think that the match is S380-13. You show options 1210, 1220 and 1230 so I am not 100% sure what to order. The top sash quide 18-166 seems to be 100% match to what I had, so that is easy to order. Please advise.

Thanks for posting! First, with a stamp of 12 2, I would recommend that you select the 1220 stamp option.

As for your balance, it looks like you may have our Series 385 channel balance, but it's hard to tell from the picture.

Please take a look at our 15-004 and 15-005 channel balance shoes, and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-3/32" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which one more closely matches your own bottom attachment?
