Need replacement channel balances for double pane window sash.
Window is approx. 32" wide by 28" high and slides down to close.
Channel balance measures 27"
Code stamped on the back of channel balance reads: 26 4 AX CMC 7

Hi there! I am very sorry for the long wait; we appreciate your patience during an incredibly busy season.

We're happy to look into this, but we would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.

Additionally, can you measure the depth of the bottom shoe and write out what you get?

Thank you for your reply and sure thing. Here are photos showing the inside of the channel. Let me know if you need a different angle.
The bottom shoe has a depth of 1 inch.

I recommend the S380-27 with the 2640 stamp option. The balance shoe is 1" deep, as shown below. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions!
