Channel Balance for Gapco window

A landlord from Morristown, TN says:

Looking to repair one window at our rental house with a new channel balancer for a Gapco window probably install in the mid 80's. Want to make sure which one to order.

 #2830 on the side of it

Thanks for posting. The bottom nylon fitting on this balance appears damaged, so I can't say with total confidence what you need. However, we've found Gapco windows in the past often use our Series 351 Channel Balance. If your balance's metal channel is 29" long, then in theory you'd need the S351-29, with a stamp option of 2830. That said, I would compare with an undamaged balance, if available, to confirm that the nylon fittings do indeed match. Let me know what you find.
