Channel Balance for MIWindows

Question

Here is the faulty channel Balance. This one has slightly different numbers than the identical window next to it that I replaced a year ago?

That one took a 30" Series 385 Channel Balance option 2930.

Is this the same or does it require a different one?

Hello, Art. Welcome back. Your balance does look like our S385-30. As we mentioned to you in earlier posts you sent to us about these balances, you want to confirm that the 'depth' measurement of your bottom balance shoe matches up to ours, at 1-3/32". If so, then you can go with our S385-30. The "29 4" stamping you show in your second photo corresponds to our 2940 which supports a sash weight of 23-28 pounds. Look this over and let us know if any other questions come up.
