Channel Balance for Milgard Window

A quick learner from Granite Bay, California says:
Balance is 24" long (metal only).
Plastic part (at hook end) is 1".
Window weighs 17 lbs.
Need 2 channel balances.

Your balance shows close resemblances to both our S380-24 and S385-24. Take a look at both balances They look similar, except for the bottom balance shoes. They each have a different depth measurement. For the Series 380, the depth measures 1" and for the Series 385 it measures 1-3/32". You will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which of the two would make the better replacement. Whichever one chosen will go with a 2340 option.

Thank you for the information. My Balances have the 1" depth base shoe. I ordered the Series 380 24" - option 2340. Ordered 2. Should do the job!
