Window is 25 years old. 34" channel, 1/2" channel depth, weight of window is 23.6 lbs, hard to locate plastic end pieces. Number on channel is 3340.

I am confident we can replace this balance, but I can't discern the top nylon fitting. Can you show it close-up, from a version that is undamaged? From there I will do my best to narrow this down for you.
