Channel Balance for Non-Tilt Window

Question

Could you tell me if I am right in thinking that my balances are series 390? I am a bit confused as my shoe looks a bit different than the ones on your site. I think my width is 1/2", Length 21", and the stamp on the back shows 2030G, and there is another smaller stamp perpendicular to the 2030G that appears to be B.S.I.

Looking forward to your thoughts. I need at least 4 of these.

Thanks for posting. The Series 390 Channel Balances have a nylon shoe depth of 1-1/8". If your nylon shoe has a depth of 1", then you should instead see our Series 351 Channel Balances. Specifically, take a look at our S351-21 with a stamp option of 2030. The 2030 stamp option corresponds to a window sash within the weight range of 12 through 15 lbs. If you are uncertain this is correct, you can always weigh your window sash to make sure it fits within this weight range. Let us know if you have any questions.
