Channel Balance for Nontilt up and down window

Question

Only the right side broke on my window but I will replace both if they are the same part for both sides. I was thinking it is the 27" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE but want to make sure before ordering. My window is non tilting kind. Please let me know I what is the correct part to order. I?m not sure if I measure it at 27? but don?t know from where to where the measurement should be for the length. Thank you.

27" should be the length of the metal channel from end to end. No plastic. I am very confident that 27" is the correct length. Your balance is closest to S385-27 with a "2640" stamp option. It's the same part on both sides, and we recommend replacing them together so that they don't operate unevenly.
