Channel Balance for Nuair Window

Need 2 replacement channel balances for a Nuair double hung none tilt out window, 1/2 inch wide probably series 380 or 385, 30" in length. The part has a marking of 29-5 LX CMC11. See attached photos. I also need 2 plastic clips shown in picture sam 1411.jpg and 2 plastics clips shown in picture sam 1413.jpg.

Thank you for posting in our discussion board! Before we can suggest an applicable replacement channel balance, we just need to know a few things about your current hardware.

Please refer to the chart below and identify your bottom shoe from the examples given. This will help us determine which Series your balance falls into.

As for the window clips, I'm afraid that we are having a little bit of trouble identifying them while they are still installed in the window. If at all possible, please remove the clips from the window and take a picture of them separately.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. The part has wings and I believe it's 15-005 1 inch wide.
I'm attaching pics of the other plastic clips to hopefully make identification possible.

As for the bottom shoe width, can you please confirm that it's 1"? One of our experts thinks that it might be the larger one, based on its style, and I would like to make sure before I say anything definitive.

We are still working on identifying the smaller plastic piece.

I think 1 3/32" is probably correct the plastic looks worn down which made it appear to be 1". So let's go with 15-004.
The top sash guide is 1 1/8" and the configuration matches 18-178.

Thank you for your patience. We are still researching a possible replacement for the small plastic piece. In the meantime, please take a look at our 67-002 Screw-on Face Guide. I believe it is similar to what you're looking for.
