Please tell me what balance I need to order to replace the one shown in the photos.

Thanks for reaching out! Your channel balance looks a lot like our S395-12 with a winged top and a wingless bottom. You'll need to select the 1120 stamp. I am confident this is the replacement balance you'll need.

The S395-12 balances with the 1120 option worked perfectly. The window opens and closes like new. Thank you.
