Channel Balance for Tilt Out Double Hung Windows (Bonneville - 2003)

Hello, We think we need to replace the channel balance parts for our double hung Bonneville (year 2003) wood windows. Do you sell a replacement for that piece? Photos are of top metal strap hook, bottom 'shoe cam', label. It seems difficult to get the shoe cam re-attached to the pivot pins on the bottom sash. Often the string has no tension left. We weren't able to take photos of the balance piece for the upper sash - do you know the part for that also? Thanks for your input. Claire

Thanks for posting! We do sell a replacement for this balance but I will need to see it completely removed from the channel to determine the exact replacement. I'll specifically need to see the attachments on the top and bottom of the balance.
