Hello,
It looks like you have either our S351, 15-002, or S390, 15-001, channel balance. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need to know the length of your balance and the weight of your sash in order to choose the correct option.

I will need the 15-001 channel balance. The aluminum balance is 27 inches long. The approx weight of the dash is 27.2 lbs.

In that case, you'll need our S390-27 channel balance with a 2650 option for your strength weight.
