Thanks for the additional information. You'll need either the S378-30, S380-30, or the S385-30 to replace your existing balances. To determine the series needed for the repair, you'll need to confirm the depth of the shoe.

The 2940 stamp option will support a sash weighing 23 to 28lbs.
