Channel Balance for non tilt window

Attaching pictures for my non-tilt window.
length is 33 inch and width is 1/2 inch
Please let me know the part I need.

Hi Amit. This looks like either an S380-33 or S385-33 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. In either case, for a stamp option choose 3240.

Hi Bob,
It seems like that the depth of the shoe is 1" if I measure red distance (see pic) and it is may be 2/32" inch more if I measure black one. I am little confused what would you suggest?

Hey Amit. The depth is from the 'heel-to-toe', so the black line you traced is more accurate. If it's other 1", then it's the Series 385. Let me know if you have further questions.
