Channel Balance for old Milgard windows

Question

Took the window apart and discovered why it was difficult to open/close. Looking for replacement for very worn channel balance. Just want to make sure I order the correct parts for two windows.

Hey there! Thanks so much for your post. It looks like your shoe may our 15-001, but I cannot make a determination on a channel balance without seeing the top. Is there any way you can get an undamaged balance that still has its top attachment out of the window and send us photos of the top?
