Channel Balance for single hung no-tilt window

Question

My channel balance has the number 2830; 9/16" wide & 28 5/8" long.
Please help me identify a replacement. Thank you.

Thanks for posting. Can you confirm the exact length of the balance? We can custom make a Series 371 channel balance at 28-1/2" long, but not 28-5/8". Let me know if that would work. Please also tell me how many you need. Once I know those two details, I will email you a custom balance order link and price quote.
