I have figured out from your recent comments that I probably need a 27" series 350 balance, but I do not know which option to choose regarding the strength of the channel balance. I have included 2 photos.

The channel balance on my 34" wide Jeld Wen window has the markings, 26 4 GU CMC 4

Thanks for posting! A stamp of 26 4 usually corresponds to our 2640 option, but you can always weigh your sash on a scale to confirm.
