Channel Balance help

Could you direct me to the correct channel balance to replace this broken one. Also would you be able to tell which top channel guide would go with these? Windows are PGT brand.

Also the channels balances are 30" long.

Thanks for writing in. See our S395-30. You will need a stamp option of 2950. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Are you referring to the top sash guide? If so, the S395-30 is compatible with about a million different kinds. We would need to see yours out of the window (and undamaged) in order to find a good match. If you want to show it to us, I'd like to specifically see it from the front and side. Think of it like a mug shot. I'm confident we have a match, I just need to see it.
