Channel Balance help

Home Owner from Texas
In two of the images, you will see the channel balance. I am unsure of the exact product I need to purchase to ensure I change out both properly. Any assistance is much appreciated.
This single-hung window is at least 17 years old. The number says 2730 on the balance.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! There is a good chance that we can supply you with a replacement channel balance, but I'll need to see the existing balance removed from the window. In addition to the top and bottom attachments I'll need to see a photo of the pulley installed in the center of the balances.

Since the balance appears to be stuck up at the top of the window channel, chances are you will need to replace the top sash guides as well. The guides help to prevent the balances from shooting up into the window channel and help to guide the balances when opening and closing the window. To identify the replacement, I will need to see a photo of an undamaged top sash guide, removed.

Take a look at each of the videos tagged below for an idea on how to remove the balances and the top sash guides and how to complete the window repairs.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions you might have.
