Your window balance can be replaced with either the S378-27, S380-27, or the S385-27. You'll need to confirm the shoe's depth to determine which of these is the correct series.
I believe you'll need the 2640 stamp option but be sure to double check that the sash weight falls between 19 to 26lbs.

The window approx weight is 22lbs, the balance end measures 1-3/32; part # is S385-27. Upon inspection of the window the clips inside need replacement (see attached pic). Also, the screen assembly needs replacement size is 38" x 28.5".

This part appears to be the 18-188 Top Sash Guide. To confirm that it is the correct replacement, carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them.
