Channel Balance length

We think that the 390 series is a match for our old seasonall 1/2 in window channel balances.
BUT - when we measure the metal (without the nylon ends), we measure 23-1/2 inches (not 24). So - we're not sure if we should get the 23 inch or the 24 inch.

Help!

I don't recommend rounding up or down either way. We can specially make a 23-1/2" long balance for you, if you wish. Can you just tell me what the stamp reads? Can you also tell me how many you need?

Hi - Thanks very much.
We took a chance an ordered the 23" balance.
It worked!
BTW, the stamp read 2420.

With these, plus the sash guides I ordered, we were able to fix the window!
