Channel Balance needed for "32 3 HQ Caldwell" stamped part

Question

I have to replace a channel balance and a part I don't know the name to for my Window.

First the channel balance is stamped with "32 3 HQ Caldwell". It is 33" long, 1/2" wide and is just a tad over 1/2" in depth. The nylon string for the pulley snapped and I need to replace the entire balance.

The four pictures show the plastic parts on the balance for identification.

Also, the fifth picture is of a plastic part that is attached to the inside of the Window side that meets the balance. This was on the top end of the Window and was attached to it by a screw. It apparently snapped off into two parts.

I would appreciate your help locating replacements for the balance and this other part.

Thanks for writing in! I believe our S385-33 channel balance with a 3230 option may be a good match for you.

As for your top sash guide, see if our 18-188 can be a good replacement for you. Carefully compare your measurements and dimensions for compatibility.
