Channel Balance part number

To further review, we will need to see the balance removed from the window where we can view clear images of the top and bottom nylon attachments. Seeing the overall style will determine which Series your window uses. Thank you!

It appears that you have the S395-29 channel balance with a 2830 stamp, but we cannot fully confirm while the balance is installed. Please review and note that this balance has a winged top and non-winged bottom attachment. The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should be 29" long and the depth of the bottom shoe should measure 1-1/8".
