I am looking for both of these channel balance parts to add to new balancers that came without them.

If the end fittings are the only parts that you need, take a look and compare the specifications of the 19-001 top and 15-008 bottom shoe to yours. We also offer the S700 channel balances that come with these attachments. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!

How to measure the length of the Series 700 channel balance.

Thank you. Is it possible to determine which series 700 channel balance I need based on the spring size?
The spring is 5 1/2" long and 1/16" thick.

The spring size is not used to identify replacement balances. You would need to measure the length of the metal channel as shown in the image included in our last response, not including the end fittings. There should also be numbers stamped on the original balance channel, which you would need to choose the corresponding strength options for your replacement balances.

There are no markings besides 19 Japan on the channel so I will have the property manager weigh the window. Thank you!
