At first glance, your balance resembles our Series 380. Have a look. With your stamping starting with "29" it tells us that the metal length measurement of your balance should measure 30". Can you confirm this measurement to be accurate? If so, then take a look at our S380-30. This comes assembled with a 19-005 balance top and 15-005 bottom balance shoe. Carefully compare your nylon fittings to ours to determine if they are a match. Since your stamping of "29 9" does not match up with any of ours, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the sash weight chart listed on the product page.
