I have a few windows with two missing balancers. The other two windows in the room are the same size, so I am trying to match those balancers.
First, the metal rod length doesn't seem to exist anywhere online. It is 13 and 9/16 inches. Also, I can't find a hook configuration that matches mine; the hook is at the very bottom and the pulley wheel is housed in the plastic part instead of the metal rod.
Finally, the stamping is "13 2" which doesn't seem to match anything. The sash weighs 8 lbs. The windows are 2007 Milgard. I was looking at S385 and S380 14". The clip sizes better match S380 (they are only about 1/16 in off). I have pics below, and I'm hoping someone can offer me some advice.
