Channel Balance replacement

Length measures 14-7/8 inches. Width 1/2 inch. There are pulleys in the shoe.
How do I order a replacement?
Do I need further info to install it?

I'm afraid we can only supply 2 at a minimum. I hope that's okay. We usually recommend replacing both balances on either side of the window anyway. I will email you an order link right now for that quantity.
