Channel Balance replacement

Would like to replace a broken channel balance.
Builder used Alpine window.
Window # 152-502153
Channel balance # 32-2 BH5 CMC 75
I don't know what would be the SWISCO number.

It looks like your top and bottom attachments have wings that jut out to the left and right. If so, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. Make sure you're measuring only the metal attachment when determining the length. The 32-2 stamp indicates that the length should be 33". 

You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a 3220 spring strength option for your replacement balances.
