Channel Balance replacement

I'm doing maintenance on all my windows, have @6-8 windows with balance repairs needs. I'm starting with this 34" channel as it has multiple failures and needs replacement, please confirm the correct part, thanks. part markings are 33 3 BSI, but measures at 34" not including attachments.

Thanks for posting! It looks like you have either the S380-34 with a 1" shoe or the S385-34 with a 1-3/32" shoe.
To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.
You'll need to select the 3330 stamp.

Thanks, so I'll order the S380-34 with a 1" shoe with 3330 stamp as its 1". I also need 31" replacement all the same measures as the 34", which stamp do I get? Can you explain what the stamp is?

Okay, great. So, then you'd need the S380-31 since it is a 31" balance.
The stamp is what determines the weight range your balances should be able to carry to support the weight of your sash. You'll find your stamp on the metal channel of your 31" balances.
