Channel Balance replacement

Question

Our building was completed in 1997. This channel balance is 1/2" (+ a hair) wide and 18" long. The only markings are those in the photo. Can you identify this and tell me the price for a replacement including attached top and shoe?

It looks like you have two different balances, though I'm not sure which end goes with which. I recommend that you look at our 1/2" Channel Balance Page and seeing if anything here would be a good match.
