Please advise on the correct part to order. This part has imprinted 26 4 HX CMC 11. It is 27 inches long. Thank you.

This looks like a match for our S385-27 to me. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.

Hi There,

My clients window balances have the markings "26 4 HX CMC 11" on them. Is this enough information to determine the weight requirements and the proper end pieces? I've enclosed a few photos, but I'm pretty sure one of the end pieces is broken.

Hello there. To my eye that looks like a 1-3/32" shoe (the 15-004). If the top fitting resembles the 19-005, then you'd need the S385-27 with a stamp option of 2640. If the top fitting looks different, or you're unsure, please send us a photo and we'd be happy to confirm.
