Channel Balance replacement and sash caps : SWISCO.com

Hello,
I need to replace this channel balance shown in the pics, I measured the length is 28 inches (only the metal part), and the number on the track is 2715.
The pulley attachment at the end is broken.
The black cap is also broken and I need to replace it, see pics, and see also a pic of the one on the other end of the window, it has two screws.
Can you tell me which are the replacement parts I need to buy? I have used your service before, and it is great!!! Thanks very much,

In regard to the balances, your 2715 stamp cannot be cross-referenced with ours. That said, I'll need to know the exact weight of your window sash to confirm the right replacement.

The part you are referring to as the window cap, is the top sash guide mentioned. I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged guide to confirm the correct replacement for it.

Thanks Jasmine for your response! I attached three pics of the top sash guide from different angles, would that be enough to identify the right one? Also, I weighed the window sash, it is 20.9 pounds. Please let me know if with all the info you can now tell me which are the right replacement parts.

Thanks for confirming and for the additional photos. Your window balances remind me of either the S351-28 or the S390-28. You'll need to confirm your shoe's depth to determine which series you need for the replacements.

You can select the 2740 stamp option for your 20.9lb sash.

In regard to the top sash guide, we do not have a direct replacement for it at the moment. I'll need to get this sent over to our vendor manager and senior experts to determine if there is a suitable replacement solution for it.

Thanks, I measured the balance show depth and it is 1 1/8 in.
Please let me know once you find out which is the correct replacement for the top sash guide.
Once I hear from you I will place the order for both items (including the balance).
