Channel Balance replacements

Question

I know that I need the S385-27 : 27" Series 385 Channel Balance but I don't know the stamp option that I need. Each window is 35" wide by 58" tall. Can you help me determine what I need based on that?

I also have one small window that I don't have existing channel balances to measure. The window is 22" wide by 34" tall with the bottom half sliding up. The windows are from the same manufacturer as the larger windows I mentioned above. Let me know if you can help me figure out which channel balance I need for this window.

The size of the window does not tell us what stamp option you need, unfortunately. Usually there's a stamp printed on the original metal channel that you can use as a reference. If not, you'll have to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart on the S385-27 store page. I'm afraid there is no other way aside from those two methods.
