Channel Balance - stamp 27 4 JO Caldwell

Hello- I am looking for help identifying this channel balance. I have 2 windows each with 2 of the same balance. I measured the metal piece at 1/2" wide and 28"long, which corresponds with other discussions I saw that said a 27 marking means 28"

Please let me know which part I should order.

Hi, Mike. This looks like our S350-28 to me, which comes with a 19-002 top and 15-004 bottom nylon fitting. As long as those match then you should be good to go.
