All dimensions match the standard channel balance, but my balance is stamped 2090 27. Which one do I order?

Thanks for posting! Can we please have the weight of your sash? Since 2090 doesn't match any of our channel balance options, we'll need your sash weight to determine the best choice.

If I understand your request correctly, a single channel balance for my window weighs 9.25 ounces approximately.

I'm sorry for the confusion, but I need the weight of your window sash, not the balance itself. The sash is what the balances are holding up; the square pane of glass in its frame.

The window sash weighs approximately 26 pounds, which probably explains the 27 stamped on the current channel balance (can handle up to 27 pounds).

In that case, I recommend that you select the 2050 stamp option for this balance. S385-21 with a 2050 stamp option holds a window sash weight range of 23 through and including 27 pounds.
Please keep in mind that the weight range capacity information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate
