Channel Balance with 1-1/16" deep shoe

Question

The existing broken channel balance for a BFS single hung window looks like your series 380 channel balance except for the shoe which has a part that looks like the 15-001 or 15-002. The existing shoe measures slightly over 1 1/16. It is not 1 1/8.
The metal part measures 28 inches.
Is this a custom built balance or would Series 380 work? Or could I use a Series 380 shoe and clip off the wings?

Thanks for posting. I think you may have the 15-001, and it has just worn down a bit with use. Now, since your top attachment is winged while the bottom isn't, your balance will have to be custom made. Series 380 will not work for it. Before we can begin, however, I will need to know a bit more information. First, what is the length of the metal channel? Also, what is the stamp printed on the channel itself? Thank you!
