Channel Balance with "26 4 CALDWELL EM" stamped on it

Home Owner from Issaquah WA
Hello,

We have a messed up channel balance that is about 27 inches long. It has "26 4 CALDWELL EM" stamped on back side. Attached are several photographs that might assist in identifying a replacement.

Windows in our home appear to have been made by Northwest Aluminum Products - there is a sticker I found in one of the windows and states "Series 2080 AAMA 101V-86 DH-C40 MST: 4676", but not sure if that has anything to do or would assist in identifying the type of channel balance that we need.

Vaughn Hoping that you have a replacement in stock. Please let me know if there is any additional info that would assist in identifying the correct channel balance for our window. Thank you

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for getting back. Bottom shoe measurement is 1 3/32, so appears to be the 15-004 used in series 385.

Looks like you got my follow up e-mail, where I indicated that the overall length (metal end to end)is 27 inches.

I'm going to need the entire channel balance unit vs just the bottom shoe, as one of the plastic wheels is all messed up in the pulley mechanism, as per the attached photos. Thanks for your assist and let me know if I can purchase the entire channel balance.

Yes, you can purchase the entire balance. Check out the page for our Series 385 and you can work from there!
