Channel Balance with sash cord snapped

Quick Learner from everett WA
The channel balance screw/plastic insert and the screw that goes through both to attach to the window bent/broke. It is a 28 inch channel balance that screws into the window pane. I have additional pics but it only allowed 5 to be uploaded.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you show us a photo of the clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? The balance shown here looks like it may be too damaged so you'll have to use an undamaged version as a reference.

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like your balance installs with a screw at the top like the S770-28 (28F). With that being said, you'll need to confirm that yours uses the same type of terminal clip at the end of the pulley to attach to the pivot shoe. Take a look and see what you think.

That is the correct end. I will order two and replace both sides. Thank you so much!
