Channel Balance and Assorted Hardware for Viking Windows

Thanks for writing in. We can certainly replace this channel balance, but we will need a little more information to help. Can you show us pictures of the nylon attachments at either end of the balance? Can you also tell us the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments? That information will help narrow down what you need. Many thanks.

The length of the metal channel, not including those end attachments, is important because the actual size of the window doesn't really determine the balance length--the length can differ greatly from series to series. Please confirm that the length of your balance's metal channel, not including the end attachments, is 30". If so, this looks like our S395-30. You will need a stamp option of 2930. As far as your Top Sash Guides go, see our 18-008. This looks similar, but go over the dimensions and let me know if they differ in any way.
